The advertised discounted rate of approximately $80/month is based on our standard screened-in residential pool package, which assumes:
- Approximately 10,000 gallons
- Standard residential use
- Properly functioning equipment
- Average environmental conditions
- No excessive debris, algae, or neglected water chemistry
Our standard base service rate for qualifying pools is $119/month prior to promotional discounts.
Final pricing may vary based on factors including but not limited to:
- Pool size and gallon capacity
- Pool condition at onboarding
- Presence of algae or green water
- Screen enclosure status
- Surrounding trees and debris load
- Equipment condition and accessibility
- Spa features, water features, or additional systems

While we strive to maintain proper water chemistry, temporary imbalances may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
